The Pendulum Resurrection (ペンデュラム・リザレクション) is a Knightmare Frame that appears in Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion Lost Stories, piloted by the protagonist. Under the form named Mode G9, it is the upgraded form from the damaged Pendulum and the first ever Knightmare Frame that can switch from 7th Generation to 9th at will.
Design & Development
Following the Zero Requiem, Disel would travel with a damaged Pendulum with most of its equipment lost with the sole exemption of a single MVS blade. Following the reunion of Lloyd, Cécile, and Nina, they would assist in reparing and upgrading the Pendulum with its "Revolver System" kept in tact, replacing the "Air Arms" and "Blast Arms" to become the "Cross Arms" and "Evol Arms".
Compared from before, the Cross Arms is a merge of both its predecessor Arms modes while keeping the same armaments, including its usage for its MVS, "Vortex Blast" Hadron cannons, and the "V-Maximum" charge dash. Originally Pendulum required to change into “Air Arms” to use “V-Maximum” but “Cross Arms” allows the usage of both “Vortex Blast” and “V-Maximum”. Its “Vortex Blast” cannon length was shorten to allow a flipping mechanism. The Evol Arms is the Resurrection's transcending feature where it can type-shift the Pendulum to become a distinctive 9th Generation Knightmare Frame, distinguished by its Energy Wing System and its Blaze Luminous-generated aresenal called the "Blaze Messer".
